- Familiarity with BPO, Domestic BPO, Domestic Calling, Advantage, Medicare, Insurance, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Service Quality, Customer Support, Voice Process, Chat Process is required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Should be comfortable with Night Shift
- Comfortable with 5 days of Working
