- Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates capabilities
- Proficiency in talent pipelining to identify and nurture potential candidates
- Ability to develop and promote employer branding initiatives
- Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet recruitment objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create suitable job descriptions
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in negotiating offers and closing positions in a timely manner
- Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and a smooth transition into their roles
