This is a full-time position at the junior level, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in gymnastics training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for instructing gymnastics skills to students of various ages and skill levels.Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in gymnastics training.
- Athleticism (Mandatory skill) – Demonstrated physical ability to perform and teach gymnastics moves effectively.
- Flexibility (Mandatory skill) – Ability to perform a wide range of movement patterns and teach flexibility exercises.
- Physical fitness (Mandatory skill) – Maintain high levels of physical conditioning to demonstrate techniques and inspire students.
- Communication – Strong verbal communication skills to instruct and provide feedback clearly and effectively.
- Patience – Capable of handling students of different skill levels with patience and understanding.
- Teaching – Experience in teaching or coaching gymnastics, with the ability to design training programs tailored to individual needs.
- Coordination – Excellent motor coordination to demonstrate and oversee gymnastics routines.
- Motivation – Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in gymnastics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead gymnastics classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Design individualized training programs to enhance students’ abilities and correct weaknesses.
- Demonstrate and teach gymnastics routines and techniques, ensuring student safety at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each student, making adjustments to training programs as needed.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment by fostering a sense of discipline and motivation.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and set up properly for each class.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s progress and address any concerns they may have.
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
