Job description: About the internshipGuten tag & good day! We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.Under the training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and interested interns who would like to join our team as Hot Kitchen Assistant Chef in our German Bakery&Bistro shop and cafe. We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start-up with you.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Food prep & kitchen assistance:
– Able to assemble sandwiches and curate a menu for bistro items and help the kitchen team in prepping for the day.2. Keeping the working area clean and maintained.3. Stock management:
– Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels4. Compliance with health and safety regulations:
– Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
– Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen supervisorYou will be trained by the team and senior head chef Anton from Germany directly.
Based on your performance review, there is a possibility of considering you for a permanent role in the Kitchen as a Hot Kitchen Assistant Chef.
