Job description: Human Resource Generalist at PyjamaHRWe are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HRGeneralist will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources,including end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and payroll management.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, and facilitating the completion of the required paperwork.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR – related queries.
- Manage employee data and ensure accurate record- keeping of our database.
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS-Office
