This is a full-time entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide information about our financial services, assist with loan applications, and ensure a positive customer experience.Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships and understanding customer needs
- Ability to handle objections and provide relevant solutions to customers
- Active listening skills to accurately understand and address customer inquiries
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple calls and tasks

Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to Capinex Moneymark’s financial services
- Assist customers with the loan application process and provide necessary information
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support if needed
- Meet or exceed established targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
Expected salary: Rs.18000 per month
