Overview: As a Recruitment & Onboarding resource, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and integrating top talent into our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Your ability to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process will directly impact our company’s growth and success. You will also be responsible to execute Employee Engagement Activities at the location.Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment:
oUtilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
oScreen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
oConduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
oCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
oFacilitate the interview process and gather feedback from interviewers.
oConduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
oCoordinate and conduct campus hiring for GETs / Freshers as per requirement
2.Onboarding:
oCoordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and introductions to team members.
oEnsure new hires have all necessary equipment, access, and resources on their first day.
oGuide new employees through the onboarding process and address any questions or concerns.
oWork closely with HR and hiring managers to improve and streamline the onboarding experience.
3.Candidate Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
oProvide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
oEnsure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
4.Data Management:
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
oGenerate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
oMaintain JDs for each role / position.
5.HR Operations:
oManage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
oHandle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
oMaintain HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects.
6.Employee Engagement:
oPlan & Executive Employee Engagement Activities for Naigaon location
oOrganize and coordinate employee events, workshops, and activities to promote team building and morale.
