Roles and ResponsibilitiesUpgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies.Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin.Screening the candidate’s resumes and contacting relevant candidates.Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant.Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be a Fresher.
- Interested to make career in to the recruitment field.
- Basic Technical Skills
- Must be comfortable working under a target.
- Must be living within 5 to 7 kms nearby Marathahalli or can relocate nearby Marathahalli.
- Must be living in Bangalore currently.
