Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Telecalling Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound sales calls, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Strong English communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and address client inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and report on sales activities.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
