The candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities, ensuring queries are resolved and providing excellent customer service. The position level is for freshers and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
- Handle customer complaints provided appropriate solution and alternative within time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Must be comfortable with Work from office.
- Must be comfortable with Hindi, Kannada and English.
