Job description: **Urgent Requirement of CA Freshers at Chandigarh locationKey ResponsibilitiesSelection of loan file sample as per set process & various trigger noted basis on various set of data/industry standards.
Review of loan files based on the detailed hindsighting checklist & update query/observations in the said format in crisp and unambiguous manner.
Co-ordination with credit team for proper response on the hindsighting query/observations being shared monthly.
Clear understanding of credit policies & processes for drafting proper queries within given TAT.
Ensure the regulatory norms are followed and any gaps to be highlighted immediately to respective team to resolve any issues on priority.
Monthly regular reviews with reporting managers pertains to queries to be finalised as hindsighting observations.
Preparation and sending Draft Hindsighting & Final Hindsighting Report to PAN India Credit team as per the guidelines stated in the relevant hindsighting process note.
Attending regular meetings with senior management as & when required to share key insights.
Scheduling Training sessions with credit team on quarterly basis to share the key finding and imbibe learning for better credit quality.
Quality Management in terms of Compliance, Statutory and Regulatory Audits
Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing.
Ability to have an analytical bent of mind to analyze, improve and assist in implementation of process or addition/modification of policy norms with respective stakeholders based on hindsighting feedback.
To gain knowledge of loan operating system and lending management system
Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/ domain
Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on executionKey AccountabilitiesSample Selection for Hindsighting of Loan Files
