Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to predefined lists of potential clients to promote and sell company services.
- Receive inbound calls and provide consistent response to client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough and accurate client records, updating information obtained from calls.
- Collect and compile customer feedback to help improve the quality and effectiveness of service delivery.
- Propose and recommend company services tailored to meet client needs, increasing conversion rates.
- Meet individual sales targets as set by the organization by effectively managing call volumes and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize calling techniques and sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continuously improve skills and service levels.
Expected salary: Rs.16000 per month
