Job description: Lead Graphic Designer (1 position)Grade: 5Experience: 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer or other similar position. Freshers may also apply.Roles & Responsibilities:● Strong hold on design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.● Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.● Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and softwares.● Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.● To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand guideline and platform’s best practices.● Excellent communication and management skills to close work on time.● To work closely with the junior designers to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.● Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service – from brief, creative, design and production.● Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.● Ability to manage stakeholder expectations independently.● Quality control.● Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills.● Multimedia, BMM, Arts graduate/field related. (not mandatory)Skills & Qualifications:● Strong designing & communication skills.● Strong eye towards details and getting things done.● 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic designing.● Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.● Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.● Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects andinteract with large teams, stakeholders, etc.
