- Create/organize reconciliations and resolve recurring breaks;
- Submit requests for new accounts;
- Gather MIS and track progress against key metrics
- Understand the risks associated with your business and function.
- Work across teams and functions to get the best commercial solution or course of action.

– Experience with Microsoft Excel
– Freshers with accounting/finance or analytical/data-related degree. We would also welcome other degrees like CS, BTech, Analytics etc
– An awareness of when to escalate
– Having a pragmatic “can do” attitude
– A clear communication styleBeneficial
– Good understanding of financial markets, products and processes or of the subjects you have passed out as part of your academic curriculum
– The ability to identify root causes of issues and drive/ implement changes as required
– An innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
