The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent in the IT industry. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our organization’s growth.Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key IT roles. Track candidate progress and maintain regular communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages in line with market standards and company guidelines.
- Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers / People from other domain are encouraged to apply for the Trainee Recruiter position.
