Job description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle outbound calls of customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions; escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and improve processes.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.Experience: Freshers preferred.
