Job description: Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective clients and leads.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing reports on call activities, leads, and sales performance.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document management.
- Respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to improve telecalling techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients.
