Job description: 4.1 Position TitleProcess Associate – Accounts PayablesMold Masters, Coimbatore, India (On-site)4.2 Position reports toTeam Lead – Finance4.3 Primary Objective
- Daily invoice movement to AP Tool for Processing on time which includes scanning of invoices.
- Non-PO Invoice processing
- Responding to vendor queries internal and external.
- SAP Entries – Bank Charges, set-off’s etc.,
- GRIR Reconciliations
- Filing & Documentation for Accounts dept.
- Supporting to audit work by taking samples and necessary details which are required by the auditors.
- Month-end provisions for AP
- Employee Claims – Tracker & follow ups.
- Subsequent invoices received review
- Vendor reconciliations.
Essential Skills/Experience
- B.Com / M.Com Graduate
- Freshers or max 2 years’ experience
- MS Office
- possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
