Job description: Role Overview :We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join one of the dynamic team at an EdTech Company. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify and qualify prospects, initiate new business opportunities, and manage relationships with our existing clients.Key Responsibilities :- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.- Become a subject matter expert on the courses and offerings, including upskilling segments and IT solutions.- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.- 1-3 years of proven experience in selling courses related to upskilling segments, higher education, or IT solutions.- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and internal stakeholders.- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Requirements :Location : Bangalore, India.
