Job description: Job Description:We are seeking a qualified sales executive (B2B sales) for our Chennai office. Our ideal business development executive will be able to work with clients to give a presentation about our products/services, prepare sales proposals, follow up, and close deals with guidance.Key responsibilities:1. Work on being a part of the sales team, meet (offline/online) prospective clients like apartment association (president, secretary), builders, corporate procurement heads and give a presentation about our product & services and understand their needs and expectations2. Prepare and submit a proposal, follow up with clients, and close deals successfully3. Prepare contract agreement, review, and get sign-off from customers4. Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers for appointment5. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social mediaWho can apply1. Passion for sales willing to work in a Startup environment2. Candidate with minimum 1 year of sales experience or freshers passion for sales3. Someone with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills4.
