- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Proven sales skills, including experience meeting or exceeding targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong relationship-building abilities to foster long-term client relationships. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in lead generation and converting prospects into clients.
- Ability to think strategically and develop business plans that align with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the companys revenue goals.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals to drive business expansions.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
