Our Dubai Sales Team is dedicated to connecting clients with top Dubai properties through a series of expos held across multiple cities.Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Dubai real estate investment opportunities to clients. Your responsibilities include client outreach, guiding clients through property expos, and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Dubais real estate market, including leading developers, major projects, and industry trends.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via phone to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Assistance: Support clients during expos by introducing them to developers and explaining investment opportunities in Dubai properties.
  • Project Presentation: Present detailed information about Dubai real estate projects to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Sales Closure: Facilitate successful deal closures by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchase process.
  • Post-Expo Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients after expos to answer questions and explore further investment options.
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions for future engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (open to both freshers and experienced candidates).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in presenting real estate projects, both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and support them throughout the investment journey.
