This role involves handling inbound calls from premium customers and providing high-quality service by addressing their needs and resolving their queries. If you possess excellent communication skills and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the customer service industry, apply today!Key Responsibilities:– Handle inbound calls from HNI customers and provide excellent customer service.– Address customer inquiries and provide information on Worldline’s services.– Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely and professional manner.– Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.– Accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications.– Follow company guidelines and procedures to handle customer concerns efficiently.Key Requirements:– Educational Qualification: Minimum of 12th pass.– Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.– Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service is a plus.– Skills:– Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.– Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customer interactions.– Basic computer knowledge to record interactions and access customer information.– Shift Timing: Rotational shifts; any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).Benefits:– Fixed in-hand salary of 16,500.– Opportunity to work with premium clients in the HNI segment.– Exposure to a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.– Comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.– Supportive and team-oriented work culture.
