Job description: Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Regional Languages – Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati)Salary: 17,000 to 24,000 CTC (Based on language proficiency)Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM) | 6 days working, 1 rotational week offJob Summary:We are looking for Customer Success Associates to handle customer queries in Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati. The role involves providing excellent customer support, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the respective regional language.Key Responsibilities:– Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati*.– Provide accurate information and support, maintaining a positive customer experience.– Resolve issues and complaints promptly and effectively.– Coordinate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up regularly.Requirements:– Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati.
