The role involves providing excellent customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Position:Customer Success Associate US Electric Vehicle ProcessShift:24/7 Rotational Shifts (Majority Night Shift, as per US hours) | 5 days working, 2 rotational offsKey Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in English.
– Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner.
– Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution and escalation handling.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow communication protocols.Requirements:
– Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in US English (B2/C1 level proficiency) both verbal and written.
– Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
– Education: Graduate from any field.
– Experience: Preferred candidates with BPO experience (international process); freshers are also welcome to apply.
