More Information

  • Remote- Full-time work-from-home opportunity
  • Job Title: Customer Success Representative
  • 3 Months of Probation Period followed by the Full-Time Employee.

Work Timings

  • 10 am-6 pm
  • Working Days- Monday-Sunday (Except 1 weekly off & Sunday half day)
  • Wednesday – Weekly off ( 1 Working Day off during the week as Compensation for Sunday work)
  • Sundays – 10 am-3 pm (Half day only)

Salary

  • Fixed Salary: 20k-30k Depending on the experience and skill
  • Incentives :
  • Increasing the conversions of students
  • Other Incentives during the work in terms of performance

Experience

  • Freshers Can apply
  • Min 3month-6months Experience is a plus
  • If done a similar job that’s a plus

Experience & Requirements

How does this entire business work and where do I fit in?(Please watch this video to know more – )

  • We sell courses to people and how do we do it?
  • Our performance marketing team runs ads on fbk & Instagram to get the participants
  • Interested people pay us a nominal fee and register for our webinar
  • Once they pay they also get the option to upgrade to higher ticket this reduces our cost of acquisition
  • Once they register they get access to whatsapp group to join
  • Once they join automation triggers on mail to give them a series of mail to warm them up
  • Once the webinar date is nearing we keep posting on the whatsapp group to create engagement and send individual broadcast by a whatsapp tool on a scheduled basis
  • Then we send reminders during the day of webinar
  • On the webinar we give tremendous value and towards the end we pitch our program on application basis
  • Give links , reply on chat and note down all the feedback on Zoom calls
  • Once people apply for the program they then book a sales call with us or our team
  • We close the deal and enroll them in the program
  • Give them all the access & add them to the group we also happens on autopilot
  • Weekly Zoom calls – Course takers
  • Weekly Ad agency call – followup on task completion and holding them accountable for better performance
  • Cross Sale – Ongoing – special webinar broadcast, special links for softwares

  • Following up with agency every 2 days to see where we are in terms of improvements of the task given

Roles & Responsibilities:Be a bridge and single point of contact between multiple teamsWeekly Calls & Minutes :

  • Meetings & Doing weekly calls with the performance marketing team and holding them accountable to their KPI task
  • Creating minutes of the call
  • Following up with their team to complete our weekly task

Scheduling & Content Posting on whatsapp group :

  • Replying on all emails on time with zero inbox on gmail
  • Scheduling content on whatsapp api and broadcasting them
  • Scheduling content on Email and broadcasting them
  • Make sure the right engaging content is posted as per schedule in the WhatsApp group before the webinar starts and during the webinar
  • Posting assignments post the class and other valuable links and content to the students

Zoom Meeting

  • Create timely Zoom links for upcoming batches
  • Analyzing the engagement and creating continuous notes for improving the webinar
  • Starting the meeting on time & making sure all the measures are taken in terms of proper settings for Zoom
  • Tracking attendance throughout the Zoom calls
  • Replying to comments of students & sending proper links for payments to the students and closing the deal if required to do over the phone itself

Post the Masterclass Ends

  • Giving all the people access to the program if not given or missing
  • Arranging gst bills from the students and giving it to the finance team
  • Coming on weekly community calls and uploading the recordings in the program
  • Giving reminders to the community for weekly calls on whatsapp
  • Being a single point of contact between students & team and helping give right resources to the student
  • Helping book the zoom calls as per the calendar post webinars and reminding them to come on the call on time with other instructions given
  • Following up with students to collect payments if that is pending

Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
