Job description: Hiring for International Voice ProcessJob Highlights:Designation: Customer Support AssociateCTC: 13000+1000 Incentive/- Per Month ( For Freshers )CTC: 14000+1000 Incentive/- Per Month ( For Experience )Location: BhopalLanguages: EnglishQualification: 12th pass/Graduate and aboveGender: BothJobShift: RotationalTraining Period: 5k Stipend ( 15 DAYS )Job Description:Answer incoming calls & out-going calls from customers with inquiries on product orders.Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe.Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues.Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management.Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe.Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.Proven customer service/support experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.*Requirements:Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.Immediate joiners Preferred.Must have a good command & fluency in English.

Expected salary: Rs.15000 per month
