The Data entry operator- Digital Health will work with the field functionaries of PHCs and AB-HWCs to digitize the data collected by field functionaries in the 2024 population enumeration of their respective geographies i.e., ‘Kutumb survey’ in the project specific digital platform. They will also support in updating the data with other relevant information pertinent to the project in the project’s digital platform.PATH is looking for highly motivated, analytical professionals possessing a ‘will do attitude’ to work with the organization to support roll out of field activities and support program work in the district. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work and contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful work in the digital health space. The expected skills include but are not limited to use of Microsoft office, navigating digital applications, comfortable with using the internet and common online platforms like google etc., good communication skills, etc.Responsibilities:Program Implementation and ManagementConduct data entry of field registers/ physical records used by field functionaries in the ‘Kutumb survey’ for the assigned geography.Ensure seamless coordination between other program team members and government field functionaries.Support the program team in data entry of other registers/ other physical records into the project specific digital platform.Support with registration of beneficiaries, private practitioners and government health functionaries (like medical officers, ANMs, ASHAs etc.) on ABDM registries.Support in documenting activities and field observations for program reports.Education Qualification/Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science / commerce or any other relevant fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of experience and demonstrated skills in data entry/ digitization of physical records into applications/ digital platforms etc.Experience of working with state and/or district level government health department is desirable but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Willing to work with government public health facilities and field functionaries.Skills/ AbilitiesProven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, local institutions, and others at all levels.Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel.Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi essential.Location: Satara, MaharashtraPATH is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce where diversity is valued.PATH is an equal opportunity employer.
