Job description: Roles & Responsibilities:
● Campaigns Execution – Planning, scheduling, and execution of BAU campaigns on owned media – Push
Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS for Swiggy food marketplace, Swiggy One, Instamart, Genie,
Stores, Gourmet, Alcohol, Meats categories, etc
● Campaigns Management – Planning, scheduling, and execution of trigger-based communications such
as user state & user action life cycles, journeys, and real-time menu/cart drop-offs.
● Reporting – Ensuring reports for the respective campaigns are generated and shared with stakeholders in
a timely manner.
● Target base management – ensuring updated/verified bases are used for all campaigns and coordination
amongst team members for prioritization.
● Work towards continuous improvements of campaign metrics by optimizing segmentation and
personalization of communications.
● Stakeholders interaction, coordination, and management – creative team, analytics team, city teams, biz &
marketing, and external vendors
● Category management with a consumer-first approach and alignment of other teams across the
organization for their campaign requests.
Desired Skills:
● Understanding of marketing, campaign setups, etc.
● Being comfortable with a marketing automation platform, tools for campaign execution (experience with
CleverTap, MoEngage, Smartech, Gupshup would be preferred)
● Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets intermediate working understanding is mandatory.
● Experience in HTML/SQL/Snowflake, PowerBi or other marketing automation/ marketing attribution
platforms (Optional but preferred)
● A logical and analytical mindset to approach business problems
● Good written and oral business communication skills
● Work experience 1-3 years.
● Freshers with good technical skills (Engineering background) can also apply.
● The role will require in-office presence at Bangalore, and is not remote.
