Job description: Job Title : Front Line Sales ExecutiveCompany : Edelweiss Tokio Life InsuranceLocation : Bengaluru, KarnatakaJob Purpose : To offer customized insurance solutions to customers for all their financial needs and act as the primary interface between the customer and the company.Key Responsibilities :- Directly sell insurance products to customers via appointments (office/home visits).- Ensure leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended and generate revenue.- Achieve self-sourcing sales targets.- Maintain daily business reporting, including MIS on sales calls (LMS), lead utilization, and conversion updates.Functional Competencies :- Knowledge of financial markets.- Sales process implementation.- Business planning.- Competition benchmarking.Behavioural Competencies :- Ability to anticipate and leverage business opportunities.- Build and nurture customer relationships.- Strong customer orientation.- Accountability for results.Qualifications :- Minimum educational qualification : 12th grade up to graduation.- 6 months to 1-year experience in life insurance direct sales.- MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible.Skills & Requirements :- Proficiency in Kannada and English.- Age limit : Below 40 years.- Mandatory : Bike and a valid driving license.- Good communication skills, especially for MBA candidates.
