Job description: About Liability Sales :The Liability Sales department focuses on the liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank. The department drives business from 4000+ branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex Business to increase the retail book of the bankRole & responsibilities :- It is a field sales Job. The Job involves extensive traveling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary responsibilities mentioned below. – Business Development Executives are a part of the Bank’s front-line sales team.- Their primary responsibility is the sales of the bank’s products to new customers for the bank.- They will be required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.- They are responsible for selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs.- They are responsible for handling customer queries.- Business Development Executives are required to achieve targets assigned by the bank within an initial 6 months for confirmation of their serviceKey Responsibilities :- Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers.- Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products.- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.- Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).- Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.- Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank CRM system.- Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.- Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to timePreferred candidate profile :1. To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling : Savings Accounts. Current Accounts. Term Deposits. Debit/Credit Cards. PG Products (Life Insurance/General Insurance/Mutual Fund/Retail Asset Products/Online Trading).2. Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets3. To fulfill KYC and compliance norms.4. To reach out to High high-net-worth individuals.5. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.Skills : High Sales orientation for achieving numbers good convincing and Negotiation skills.CTC :- 2.28 Lpa (16.5k in-hand)- Sales Officer 1 – Freshers- 2.56 Lpa (19.3k in-hand )- Sales officer 2 – 6 months exp in sales (NBFC, BFSI, Banking)- 3.56 LPA – Assistant manager – 2+ (NBFC, BFSI, Banking) – banking ExposureBenefit :- Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy including family for 4,00,000 – Employees plus 3 dependants are covered under the floater policy.
