Job description: We are #hiring #Freshers for the position of #SalesAndOperationsExecutive for #BangaloreLocation.Role & Responsibilities:- Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training Institutes.- Interacting and following up with student borrowers- Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to final disbursal of loan to the student.- Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer enquiries over email, phone and chat.- Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.- Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for appropriate action.- Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.Required SkillSet:- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;- Strong multi-tasking skills;- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (ref:updazz.com)
