Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls to offer our services.
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products and services intelligently.
- Maintain detailed client records and track all interactions for future reference.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate unresolved queries when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Continuously update knowledge on company offerings to stay ahead in the field.
- Provide feedback to management on effective methods and client preferences.
Expected salary: Rs.20000 per month
