Job description: Responsibilities : – Market Visits & Lead Generation : Plan and schedule market visits to generate leads. – Sales Targets : Meet sales targets for multiple payment solutions such as EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products. – Product Deployment & Articulation : Deploy products at client locations and articulate the benefits and best practices. – Customer Satisfaction : Ensure customer satisfaction to achieve higher sales conversions and retention. – Market Feedback : Gather consistent feedback from the market on existing offerings and provide insights on competitor moves for product enhancements. – Digital Payments Enablement : Onboard new retailers, educate them on the complete payment acceptance process and explain its benefits. – Merchant Support : Visit existing merchants and resolve any issues they may have. Qualifications : – Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in industries such as Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce.
