Roles and Responsibilities
- Collect food orders from various restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying item numbers and quantities before delivery.
- Maintain constant communication with the dispatch team to report delivery statuses or issues.
- Handle customer payments and provide accurate change when necessary.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to all traffic laws to ensure safe deliveries.
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently and prioritize urgent orders as needed.
- Perform routine checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
