- Proficiency in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Expertise in lead generation and prospecting new clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction (Mandatory skill)
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify potential project opportunities
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client needs
- Skill in writing compelling proposals to attract and secure client projects
- Negotiation skills for successful closure of deals
- Excellent client communication to maintain and develop relationships
