Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintaining candidate records and ensuring smooth recruitment processes.
Assisting senior recruiters with various tasks and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
