This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, with required work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. As an HR Support, you will play an essential role in our HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing.Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Experience or knowledge in identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Onboarding (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively manage the process of integrating new hires into the company team and culture.
- Payroll Processing (Mandatory skill): Aptitude for accurately managing payroll activities ensuring timely and precise salary disbursements.
- Employee Relations: Skill in fostering positive relationships among employees and addressing any issues that arise.
- HR Policies: Understanding of HR policies to ensure compliance and guide employees accordingly.
- Benefits Administration: Capability to manage and communicate employee benefits efficiently.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle and mediate disputes within the workplace effectively.
- Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and handling HR-related data responsibly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
- Handle payroll processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate salary distributions.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases for data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- knowledge on MIS Reports and MS Office is Mandatory.
Expected salary: Rs.16000 per month
