The employment type is Internship with the potential for Contract-To-Hire.ABOUT THE INTERNSHIPWe seek a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our talented team at Windzard Technologies Private Limited! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities
2. Hire candidates’ requirements for suitable job roles
3. Provide recruitment end-to-end solution
4. Work on requirements, screen the candidates and do the primary interviews
5. Work on onboarding and joining process
6. Work on salary packages for the candidates
7. Do salary negotiations with candidatesStart Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months to 6 months
Stipend: 4,000-6,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
