As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and working on HR activities2. Hire candidates’ requirements for the suitable job roles3. Provide recruitment end-to-end solution4. Work on requirements, screen the candidates, and do the primary interviews5. Work on onboarding and joining process6. Work on salary packages for the candidates7.
