Your goal as a Human Skills Trainer is to help them in these activities. All of our interventions are done online to a diverse group of students who are from all over India.We’re looking for someone who can work full-time with our current Human Skills Training team to ensure that all students get high-quality training, feedback, and additional support and are able to get placed in the roles we are preparing them for.Training (~80% of your time)Content Development – You’ll be working together with your team or individually leading content creation that is aligned to the in-house curriculum and frameworks; at the core of which lies an understanding how recruitment and selection works to a smaller extent, and the cognitive and emotional needs of different adult learners to a larger extent. Trainings are primarily around:Skills needed to succeed in the workplace such as: impactful communication (spoken & written), proactiveness, communicating with openness and empathy, producing high quality work products etc.Skills needed to land a role of their choice such as CV creation and interview preparationYou will also be supporting efforts towards continuously improving our training modules based on input from the industry and needs of our students while thinking about implementing the training and coaching at scale.Training – You will also be executing these sessions for your assigned batch of 40-45 students on a daily basis (max of 2 sessions a day).Coaching & Evaluation (~20% of your time)Evaluating submission – You will be evaluating some of the work products that students produce from our sessions. The feedback will be in oral or written format depending on the activity.Small group or 1-1 support – Using the data from the evaluations, you will be creating interventions for your students to achieve the intended outcomes, depending on their needs.Must Haves:Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching/training and curriculum development.Passion for helping people learn, grow and fulfill their potential.Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build relationships, instill confidence, uplift self-esteem and bring positivity, encouragement and enthusiasm to spaces being held with students.Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both orally and in writing.A knack of getting things done within deadlines.Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results independently.Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and Google tools, and enthusiasm, comfort and agility with learning other online tools and technologies that aid skill-building in the virtual space for small and large groups of students.Good to Haves:Ability to manage multiple priorities.Recruiting decision-making experience in different fields (Marketing/Sales/Others).Experience in online training.Recruitment process:As a small team, it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 40-75 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 10 – 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephone/video calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.Skill Assessment Task: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you’ll need to succeed in this role.Technical conversation: This will be an interview with your hiring manager wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your functional skills and other competencies needed for the role.Culture fit conversation: A conversation with our Founder/CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details.Location:Delhi
