Job description: Job Title: Infrastructure Operations CoordinatorLocation: HyderabadExperience: Fresher-1 Years.Qualification: Graduate in IT or similar fieldsSkillsets: MS Office 365, Knowledge on InfrastructureRoles and Responsibilities:You will support important BAU and Change projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring that our teams have the information, resources, documentation, and direction to execute and deliver.Your role will involve administering and allocating resources, maintaining resource schedules, supporting Infrastructure Engineers by scheduling meetings, taking actions, and following up to ensure deadlines are met.In addition, you will maintain Infrastructure roadmaps, project plans, and coordinate with teams across the business (Core Operations, Regional IT, and Digital & Development) helping to monitor agreed milestones, budgets, and resources.Finally, experience of assisting with gathering requirements, defining project scope, and identifying key deliverables, goals, and success criteria, with the Project Managers and Change Resources would be essential.

  • Project, Workstream, and Task scheduling
  • Allocating resources, reprioritising work, and maintaining resource schedules
  • Chairing internal delivery meetings, taking key actions, driving to successful outcome and delivery.
  • Maintenance of Project plans, Roadmaps, Risks, and Issues logs
  • Stakeholder engagement and coordination with various technical and business teams across the organisation
  • Monitor agreed milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Gathering requirements, defining project scope, and identifying key deliverables, goals, and success criteria, with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring demand management for upcoming projects and BAU work with technology teams and the business.

Working with the Head of Enterprise Technology as appropriate on open projects and working with external parties as appropriateEducation / professional qualifications

  • Graduate degree, preferably in IT related disciplines
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL or equivalent

Technical experience * MS Office and 365Background experience * Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements

  • Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.
  • Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results.

  • Personal presence, integrity, and credibility
  • Ability to solve problems either independently or by utilising other members of the team where necessary

Languages

  • Fully proficient spoken and written English, additional European languages will be an asset
