- Creativity (Mandatory skill): Must have a keen eye for design and be able to create innovative and visually appealing interiors.
- Color Theory (Mandatory skill): Strong knowledge of color schemes and the ability to combine colors in a harmonious manner.
- Project Management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Spatial Awareness: Ability to understand and effectively use space to create practical and aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in planning and executing design plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of Fabrics and Materials: Understanding of various fabrics and materials used in interior decoration for making informed decisions.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, and accessories to match the design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines and budget estimates.
- Supervise the implementation of interior decoration projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and design plans.
Expected salary: Rs.20000 per month
