Transportation: Cab Facility AvailableJob Overview:We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Chat Process team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for handling international customer queries through chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound chat interactions with international customers.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
- Work in rotational shifts, ensuring availability for both the 5 PM – 2 AM and 2 AM – 11 AM shifts.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including late-night hours.
