This is a full-time, contract-based position available in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Guntur. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience and be eager to contribute to our dynamic and innovative environment.Locations: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, GunturExperience Level: 0-3 yearsJob Type: Full-time, Contract-basedSalary:
- First 3 months: 20,000 per month (for freshers).
- Post successful review and feedback, the position becomes permanent with an increase in salary to 3.6 LPA.
- After 1 year, the salary will increase to 6 LPA, based on performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java, Python, MERN Stack, Data Science, and other relevant technologies to students and professionals.
- Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with industry standards and current trends.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them achieve their learning objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, Data Science, Software Development, and other emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance through projects, assignments, and exams.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance both personal and organizational growth.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the organizational development of training offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Java (mandatory skill).
- Experience with MERN Stack technologies including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid understanding of Data Science principles and practices.
- Experience in software development processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and concepts is a plus.
- Qualification: MTech/MCA or experienced graduates.
Interview Process:The selection process consists of three rounds of interviews: * Technical Round Focus on your expertise in Java, Python, MERN Stack, and Data Science.
- Communication Round Assessment of your communication and presentation skills.
- HR Round Evaluation of cultural fit and final discussions on terms of employment.
