This role involves overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts and developing strategies to promote the organization’s products or services. They will be responsible for Marketing Research, Competitor Analysis, Digital Marketing activities, Budget Management and Team Management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO MARKET :Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and goalsSetting marketing objectives, identifying target audiences, and determining the most effective marketing channels to reach themBrand Management:Developing and maintaining the organization’s brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identityEnsuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Market Research & Analysis:Conducting market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insightsUsing this data to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performanceCompetitor Research & Analysis:Conducting Competitor research to compare your results with your competitors performance.Identifying gaps in your strategy that your competitors address and developing strategies and tactics that promote your unique value propositionProduct Marketing:Collaborating with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target marketDeveloping product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and salesCampaign Management:Overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, events and digital marketing across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platformsCoordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetPublic Relations:Overseeing the organization’s public relations efforts and corporate communicationsBuilding and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and other stakeholders to enhance the organization’s reputation and visibilityBudget Management:Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROIMonitoring expenditures, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize marketing spendPerformance Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiativesProviding regular reports and analysis to senior management to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on the organization’s bottom lineStakeholder Collaboration:Collaborating with other departments such as sales and product development to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organizationTeam Management:Leading and managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff membersDelegating tasks, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s successREQUIREMENTS:Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
