This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the companies and institutions. Revenues generated from would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for getting :Lead Generation:Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals in the age group of 18-30 yearsExecute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and eventsMaintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leadsPre-SponsorshipOutbound callingEngage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirementsPresent offerings and query resolution to showcase the value of our offeringsGetting Sponsorships:Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customersClose sales deals effectivelyPost-Sponsorship Engagement:Follow up with the clients post-sponsorship to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concernsRequirements:Pursuing or Completed Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldWilling to work on incentive basis for initial 3 monthsRelevant internship Experience is desirableStrong understanding of marketing and sales principles along with customer service practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skillsProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareAmbitious, Adaptive, ProactiveWhat We Offer:Work from home & Flexible working hoursIncentive basis for first 3 months.
