Role Description We are looking for graduates to join our Customer Experience and Onboarding Team. The responsibilities will involve Client user onboarding – Close coordination with key stakeholders at client site, getting their user dataset, loading it on our system Interactions with end users to help them download the app on their phone and get them started Be part of organising events at client site for launching the product Ongoing customer support Monitoring user adoption, generating reports Travel to customer site in and outside Chennai Qualifications Fair levels of communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi) to interact with various clients Attitude to get things done. Interact with users to get needed data, download the app and get started Have a vehicle to commute to client site in Chennai Ability to travel to cities outside Chennai Knowledge of excel sheets, word documents and powerpoint presentations Qualification: Freshers/1 year experience. Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering graduatesSkills
