- Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more Oracle Fusion solutions assigned
- Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
- Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
- Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
- Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
- Learn 1 or more Oracle Fusion solutions and act as back-up whenever required
- Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
- Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Required Technical Skills:
- Atleast 5 years implementation / AMS experience in any of Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Absence Management, Performance Management, Goals Setting, Compensation, Payroll Interface with SAP.
- Experienced with designing and implementing integrations using pre-built adapters such as REST, SOAP, database and technology adaptors
- Developing Side Letters (Legal and Compliance), Personalization (UI Adaptation), Translations (Multilingual Deployment)
- BIP Reporting and Bursting BIP reports
- HCM Extracts for Third Party Integration, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, Data Migration using HDL.
- Develop OTBI reports
- Worked on Approval Workflows, Process Scheduling and Alerts
- Worked on Oracle Fast formulas
- Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus
QualificationsQualifications:
- Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree
- B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
