- Identify potential clients and explore business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to highlight our products/services and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and provide insights for service improvements.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
